About the role

Join Tieto Banktech as a Talent Acquisition Partner, supporting the recruitment of top talent for a leading financial technology provider operating across the Nordics and beyond. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders, ensuring an excellent experience for candidates and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Drive recruitment processes across multiple functions and geographies.
• Provide labour‑market insights and data‑driven recommendations for hiring decisions and workforce planning.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Leverage recruitment analytics and talent intelligence to optimise processes and outcomes.
• Strengthen and promote the employer brand through events and social media.
• Identify and implement improvements to recruitment tools and ways of working.
• Lead Talent Acquisition projects and strategic initiatives.
• Deliver recruitment capability training to managers.
• Collaborate with the global Talent Acquisition community to share best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or Recruiter, preferably in a large, complex, international IT organisation.
• Strong communicator able to influence stakeholders and create engaging candidate experiences.
• Proven relationship‑building skills with hiring managers, candidates and colleagues.
• Data‑driven decision maker comfortable using market insights.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality.
• Strong interviewing and assessment capabilities aligned with role requirements and organisational values.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and ability to learn new recruitment tools quickly.
• Familiarity with recruitment analytics and talent intelligence platforms.
