Fuel Stock & Deal Controller

About the role

We are looking for a Fuel Stock & Deal Controller to join our Fuel Operations Control & Accounting team at Circle K Business Centre in Riga. You will become a subject‑matter expert in the fuel value chain, ensuring accurate stock reporting and supporting the expansion of our European network.

Key responsibilities

• Control and report fuel stock movements and balances in the ERP system for an assigned portfolio.
• Investigate and analyse fuel shrinkage, identifying losses or gains and proposing corrective actions.
• Identify, analyse and resolve discrepancies related to fuel inventory.
• Maintain documentation and audit‑trail records for all control activities.
• Collaborate with Business Unit operations, technical services, finance, supply & trading, and external fuel suppliers.
• Participate as a SME in fuel‑related projects, system upgrades and user‑acceptance testing.

Required profile

• Higher education in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
• Experience in accounting, finance or inventory/stock control is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and strong analytical mindset.
• Detail‑oriented, improvement‑driven and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard Office tools.
• Working knowledge of ERP and accounting systems.
• Strong data analysis and problem‑solving abilities.
