About the role

This part‑time internship offers a hands‑on experience in personnel recruitment within a leading Latvian university development fund. Over three months you will support the recruitment specialist in daily tasks and gain insight into the full hiring cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the recruitment specialist with routine activities such as posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
• Organise technical aspects of the selection process, including test administration and candidate communication.
• Collaborate with department heads on recruitment projects and support project implementation.

Required profile

• Student of Human Resources, Business Psychology, Business Administration or Management, at least in the 3rd year of a bachelor program.
• Good command of Latvian language.
• Strong organisational, communication and initiative skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
