Flight Analysis Engineer

About the role

Redwire Corporation is seeking a Flight Analysis Engineer to support its UAV and electro‑optical surveillance programs. You will work closely with the flight operations team to analyse telemetry data, identify anomalies, and deliver actionable insights that improve system performance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily analysis of flight telemetry, interpreting data to spot performance issues or potential problems.
• Prepare detailed technical reports that highlight trends, concerns, and recommendations for further investigation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams during investigative activities to resolve identified anomalies.
• Process large volumes of telemetry data, extracting relevant information for design, development, and post‑flight phases.
• Provide technical expertise in flight analysis throughout the product lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in flight telemetry analysis or data analysis within the aerospace or aviation sector.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear technical reporting.
