Client Services Manager

About the role

Clear Junction, a regulated fintech provider, is seeking a Client Services Manager for its Riga office. You will be the primary point of contact for B2B clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, daily operations, and coordination with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for client requests via email, chat and occasional video calls.
• Build and maintain day‑to‑day relationships with banks, PSPs and other financial institutions.
• Guide clients through onboarding, account activation and go‑live processes.
• Coordinate technical requests with internal IT and Product teams.
• Create and track internal tickets to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
• Communicate service incidents and updates to clients.
• Answer operational and payment‑related enquiries.
• Gather client feedback to improve products and services.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Product, Sales and Technical Support teams.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in B2B customer support, SaaS client services or similar roles.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, payments or banking is a strong advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Good written and spoken Russian.
• Ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously.
• Proactive attitude with strong attention to detail.
