Billing Team Leader

About the role

Join Circle K Business Centre’s Finance & Control department in Riga as a Billing Team Leader. You will oversee the daily operations of the billing team, ensuring timely and accurate processing while supporting the wider European finance function.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day activities of the billing team and ensure delivery within agreed SLA’s.
• Respond to internal and external emails and calls related to billing inquiries.
• Supervise, train and mentor junior staff or new trainees, promoting strong follow‑up skills and work ethic.
• Secure process quality, drive standardisation, automation and participate in efficiency projects.
• Motivate team members, facilitate problem solving and ensure they have the necessary support and training.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organisational and time‑management skills.
• Decision‑making ability and a proactive, quality‑focused attitude.
• Strong background in accounting (minimum 2 years), preferably in an international environment.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) to interact with business units across Europe and the USA.
