Mid/Sr Portfolio Analyst

About the role

Join our team as a Mid/Sr Portfolio Analyst at Luminor. You will work on credit risk reporting at a portfolio level, using modern data tools to deliver insightful analyses. The role combines analytical rigor with the opportunity to influence risk decisions across the Baltic region.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and deployment of best practices for Credit Risk reporting on a portfolio level.
• Design, develop and automate insightful Credit Risk reports using Power BI and related data tools.
• Document reporting processes, data logic and report structures.
• Analyse data to identify trends and increased risk exposures.
• Perform ad‑hoc data analysis to support Credit Risk decision‑making.

Required profile

• Experience working within Risk, Finance or a related area handling risk or financial data.
• Higher degree in Economics, Business Management, Risk Management, Finance or a related subject.
• Excellent data‑processing skills with strong Excel proficiency; experience with business intelligence tools; SQL knowledge is advantageous.
• Good understanding of the Credit Risk framework.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical abilities and independent decision‑making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to visualise insights for diverse stakeholders.
• Effective time‑management and a high commitment to results.
• Readiness to contribute with energy and a positive attitude.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) for Pan‑Baltic collaboration.
