Partner Account Manager – Fintech Banking Partnerships

About the role

We are looking for a Partner Account Manager to own and develop relationships with our financial partners across multiple projects, focusing on banking and payment partnerships. You will act as the main point of contact, ensuring smooth operations, resolving issues, and continuously improving collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Support and manage existing bank accounts across different projects, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Handle ongoing due diligence requests, providing company information, UBO documentation, and supporting regulatory updates.
• Communicate with banks to resolve operational issues such as payment delays, refunds, transaction errors, or reporting discrepancies.
• Stay updated on banking partner capabilities (e.g., SWIFT, new products or services) and share relevant insights with the team.
• Support bank account closure processes, including collecting statements, coordinating final invoices, and ensuring proper account settlement.
• Review and verify bank fees and invoices, identify discrepancies, and coordinate with partners to resolve them.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in partnerships, account management or a similar role.
• Experience in banking or fintech industries is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Ability to structure and prioritize tasks with a high level of independence.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and explore new industry trends.
