Balance Sheet Accountant

About the role

Echoo Group, a leading building automation company in the Baltics, is expanding its Finance team. We are looking for an experienced Balance Sheet Accountant to join our local accounting team and collaborate closely with the Head of Finance and the Group Finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle accounting, month‑end closing, and balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Analyse balance‑sheet accounts, identify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
• Work with the Group Finance team on annual financial statements and audit processes.
• Use Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations for daily accounting tasks.
• Participate in process improvement, digitalisation and automation initiatives.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial information for internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (mandatory).
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Minimum 5 years of full‑cycle accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Latvian accounting and tax regulations.
• Experience preparing annual reports and working with auditors.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Experience in an international company or group is a plus.
• High precision, analytical thinking, strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.
