Kickstarter in Finance – Start Your Career in Finance

About the role

SEB Global Services is looking for motivated individuals to join its Kickstarter program – an entry‑level pathway into finance. No prior experience is required; you will be trained to support a range of banking operations and client services across multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Process various bank operations and support client requests.
• Identify, improve, and automate banking processes.
• Prepare reports and maintain process documentation.
• Assist SEB’s corporate and institutional clients, including written communication and occasional calls.
• Participate in interdisciplinary and international projects.

Required profile

• Strong motivation to develop a career in finance.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Ability to work on tasks related to foreign countries.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Growth mindset, responsibility, and good time‑management skills.
• Self‑driven, positive, and open‑minded attitude.
• Understanding of banking products or relevant education (finance, banking, economics) is a plus.
