About the role
Intrum is seeking a Senior System Analyst to lead Workday Financial Accounting implementation projects. You will bridge finance, accounting, and IT, translating complex financial processes into efficient system solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with finance and IT teams to gather and analyse requirements for Workday Financial Accounting.
- Design, configure, and integrate Workday with other financial systems, ensuring compliance with IFRS and GAAP.
- Develop functional specifications, process documentation, and test scripts; conduct UAT and resolve issues.
- Act as liaison between stakeholders, provide training, and create user documentation.
- Monitor system performance, assess Workday releases, and deliver post‑implementation enhancements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, IT or a related field.
- Experience in ERP migration or large‑scale system implementations.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Required skills
- Workday Financial Accounting module.
- ERP migration and system configuration.
- Testing and quality assurance (UAT, test script development).
- Integration of financial systems (consolidation, reporting).
