About the role

Swedbank is looking for a proactive and motivated assistant to join the Customer Consulting Department in Riga. This 6‑month internship offers hands‑on experience in the banking sector, focusing on client outreach and financial advisory.

Key responsibilities

• Contact existing clients by phone and invite them to financial consultations.
• Provide advice on pension products and savings opportunities.
• Develop practical knowledge of banking operations and financial services.
• Work full‑time on‑site at the Riga office (Balasta dambī 15).

Required profile

• Strong collaboration and communication abilities.
• Courage to ask questions and request assistance when needed.
• Eagerness to learn new financial concepts and apply them in practice.
• Completed secondary education.
• Good command of Latvian and English for communication with local and foreign clients.

Required skills

• Latvian language proficiency.
• English language proficiency.
