General Manager - Cards

About the role

GoMining is seeking a General Manager to own the Cards business end‑to‑end, driving strategy, P&L, product roadmap and execution. You will be responsible for the full card customer journey, from issuance to everyday spending, while ensuring sustainable unit economics.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage the Cards business strategy, budget, P&L and roadmap.
• Own the full card product lifecycle, including virtual and physical cards, subscription, cashback and KYC flows.
• Manage relationships with issuing, processing and BaaS providers, negotiate terms and reduce vendor lock‑in.
• Lead the engineering team, set priorities, oversee releases and handle critical incidents.
• Build financial models, track unit economics, and identify opportunities to improve profitability and customer engagement.

Required profile

• Strong end‑to‑end experience with card products and infrastructure.
• Proven ability to own revenue, P&L and drive growth in a fintech or payments environment.
• Analytical, data‑driven mindset with experience in financial modeling and unit‑economics analysis.
• Experience negotiating with card providers and managing external dependencies.

Required skills

• Experience with card issuing, processing, BaaS or similar infrastructure.
• Ability to model customer margin, transaction economics, issuance costs and LTV.
