Productivity & AI Enablement Lead

About the role

Lead the adoption of AI assistants across Intrum, turning AI potential into everyday productivity for the whole organization. You will work with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and ensure safe, confident use of AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure effective AI‑enabled usage and adoption of core Microsoft 365 tools such as Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Microsoft Viva and Microsoft Copilot.
• Drive adoption of Microsoft Copilot and approved enterprise AI assistants, creating practical use cases and playbooks.
• Develop training, guidance and playbooks to embed AI into daily work (writing, summarising, analysis, meeting support, knowledge search).
• Represent the Workplace tower in the Virtual AI Team and lead the Personal Productivity by AI workstream.
• Partner with Security, Risk and Compliance to keep usage safe and compliant.
• Run pilots and proof‑of‑concepts with Microsoft and AI vendors, support onboarding of new productivity tools.
• Track adoption, usage and employee feedback, turning data into insights for IT leadership.

Required profile

• Hands‑on enterprise experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
• Daily personal use of AI productivity tools and ability to teach others.
• Proven track record in adoption, training or end‑user enablement.
• Operational IT mindset (service delivery / workplace support) and curiosity about AI innovation.
