Senior QA Automation Engineer

About the role

Intrum is looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to lead test planning and quality strategy for its products. You will design and maintain scalable automation frameworks, drive regression and performance testing, and collaborate across teams to ensure high‑quality software delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead test planning and define quality strategy for products or domains.
• Architect and maintain reusable, scalable automation frameworks.
• Drive regression, performance, and risk‑based testing activities.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners and other teams to align quality efforts with delivery goals.
• Coach and mentor mid‑level and junior QA engineers.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in automation testing.
• Hands‑on experience with test tools such as Selenium, REST‑assured or JUnit.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of Agile development processes and defect lifecycle.
