Co-Founder & Head of Engineering – Longevity (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious entrepreneur to become the Co‑Founder and Head of Engineering for a new longevity‑focused startup. The position is fully remote and offers direct employment with a salary or optional funding to launch the venture.

Key responsibilities

• Own, build, and run a longevity‑focused startup from concept to market.
• Lead product development, engineering, and technical strategy.
• Iterate the product until product‑market‑fit is achieved.
• Collaborate with serial entrepreneurs and unicorn founders for weekly sparring sessions.
• Recruit top‑tier talent through a network of 50,000 professionals.
• Prepare the company for multi‑million‑euro funding rounds.

Required profile

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or willing to relocate.
• Ready to take full responsibility for scaling a startup to €100M+ in revenue.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
