Key responsibilities

• Ensure the Connectivity team delivers reliable core banking connections and file submissions handling billions of pounds each month.
• Lead the Riga engineering site, working with local leadership to make the office an attractive destination for talent.
• Champion hiring and community outreach in Riga, partnering with training schools and local groups to build a pipeline of engineers.

• Ability to shape a growing engineering hub, influencing how Connectivity scales and attracts talent.
