AI Strategy Lead

About the role

Wandoo Finance is looking for an AI Strategy Lead to turn AI concepts into practical, business‑driving solutions. You will shape the AI vision from the ground up, bridging technology, product, and finance across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design, test, and deploy AI‑powered solutions for internal processes and customer‑facing products.
• Build and integrate AI‑driven automations using APIs, platforms, and existing systems.
• Rapidly prototype ideas, validate them through MVPs, and iterate based on results.
• Identify high‑impact AI use cases that deliver real value in fintech and digital products.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate needs into AI solutions.
• Communicate AI concepts and outcomes clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in data science, machine learning, or software development.
• Proven ability to apply AI models, process automation, and APIs to solve business problems.
• Curiosity and initiative to experiment quickly and deliver MVPs.
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical ideas to non‑technical audiences.
• Pragmatic mindset focused on delivering workable solutions.
