About the role

We are looking for a senior lawyer to join Deloitte Legal’s team, working on high‑impact M&A transactions, due diligence and complex corporate law matters for both local and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in M&A deals and provide legal support throughout the transaction process.
• Conduct due‑diligence investigations and advise on corporate and labour law issues.
• Deliver legal advice to support day‑to‑day business operations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive business solutions.
• Engage with large corporate clients across various sectors.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in law.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a law firm or in‑house legal department, with solid M&A, due‑diligence and corporate law background.
• Experience in public‑private partnership projects and public procurement is a plus.
• Fluent in Latvian and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical thinking, high organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Independent work style combined with effective teamwork and clear communication.
