About the role

Deloitte Legal is looking for an experienced senior lawyer to join its dynamic team. You will work on high‑impact M&A transactions, corporate law matters and provide strategic legal advice to both local and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in M&A deals, conduct due‑diligence reviews and resolve complex corporate law issues.
• Provide legal counsel in corporate and employment law, supporting day‑to‑day business operations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive business solutions.
• Engage with large domestic and multinational clients across various sectors.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in law.
• At least 5 years of experience in a law firm or in‑house legal department, with solid exposure to M&A, due‑diligence and corporate law.
• Experience in public‑private partnership (PPP) projects and public procurement is a plus.
• Fluent in Latvian and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical thinking, high organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Independent work style combined with effective teamwork and clear communication.
