About the role

We are looking for an experienced senior chef to lead our kitchen operations. This full‑time position offers a competitive gross salary of €1,400 and is based at Gaismas iela 35.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen activities and ensure high‑quality food preparation.
• Develop and update menus in line with seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maintain profitability.
• Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to uphold standards of hygiene and safety.
• Coordinate with front‑of‑house teams to ensure smooth service flow.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior or head chef in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
