About the role

We are looking for a motivated kitchen assistant who will also take charge of dishwashing duties. This full‑time position supports the chef and ensures the kitchen runs smoothly and hygienically.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the chef with basic food preparation tasks.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing machines and clean all kitchenware.
• Keep the kitchen workstations, floors, and storage areas tidy.
• Follow strict food safety and hygiene standards.
• Support inventory checks and restocking of supplies.

Required profile

• Reliable and able to work full‑time hours.
• Physical stamina for standing and lifting during shifts.
• Team‑oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene practices.

Required skills

• Dishwashing machine operation.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
