Truck Sales and Marketing Manager

About the role

Volvo Trucks Baltic North is seeking an experienced Truck Sales and Marketing Manager to drive sustainable profitability, increase market share, and lead the full commercial sales process across Estonia and Latvia. You will work with cross‑functional teams, build long‑term customer relationships, and represent the Volvo Trucks brand in a dynamic, travel‑intensive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new and used truck sales while meeting commercial performance targets.
• Deliver on business plan objectives and achieve defined sales quotas.
• Develop and execute sales, product, and customer strategies to grow market share.
• Lead the end‑to‑end sales process from opportunity identification to closing.
• Set pricing, promotional actions, and ensure accurate forecasting.
• Collaborate with aftermarket, finance, administration, and Volvo Financial Services.
• Strengthen Volvo Trucks brand presence in the Baltic market.
• Motivate, coach, and develop a team of 16 professionals.

Required profile

• University degree in business, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in truck or B2B sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience leading and coaching teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and planning abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with solid analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and motivate others.
• Proficiency in Latvian, English and Russian.
• Valid driving licence.
