Head of Revenue Operations

About the role

As Head of Revenue Operations you will own the commercial performance of GoMining's direct revenue channels, driving growth, efficiency and profitability across sales, VIP and retention functions.

Key responsibilities

• Own operational performance of all direct revenue channels and align priorities with business owners.
• Build scalable commercial processes, monitor channel performance and identify revenue‑boosting opportunities.
• Drive cross‑sell, upsell and promotional campaigns in partnership with Marketing and Product.
• Define profitability targets, discount policies and unit‑economics across commercial channels.
• Develop reporting frameworks, dashboards and present insights to executive leadership.

Required profile

• 7+ years in Revenue, Commercial or Sales Operations, preferably in fintech, payments, SaaS or crypto.
• Strong understanding of revenue management, unit economics, pricing and commercial performance.
• Proven ability to build reporting frameworks and operational processes.
• Excellent analytical mindset and experience influencing senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM and VIP/loyalty program management.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker.
