Sales Account Executive – German Speaking

About the role

Aerones is seeking a dynamic Sales Account Executive to lead growth in the German market and support business development across Europe. You will actively hunt new opportunities while nurturing key client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Own and expand the German market, while supporting broader European development.
• Identify, pursue and close new business opportunities across Europe.
• Maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Act as primary client contact, addressing needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless product and service delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, especially in Germany, and provide strategic insights.
• Prepare regular reports on account status, forecasts and performance metrics.
• Represent Aerones at industry events and trade fairs such as WindEnergy Hamburg.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of B2B sales, business development or account management experience.
• Proven track record in both new‑business hunting and key‑account growth.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Fluency in German and English; additional European languages a plus.
