About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to drive B2B sales of audio‑visual (AVK) products. You will work in a dynamic environment, developing new business opportunities and managing projects from proposal to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Attract new clients and expand market presence.
• Sell AVK products to business customers.
• Prepare offers, negotiate contracts and lead project execution.
• Conduct market research and identify new business prospects.
• Collaborate with assembly firms, construction companies and designers.
• Coordinate deliveries and plan work schedules.

Required profile

• Experience in sales or project management, preferably in B2B, AVK or construction.
• Strong ability to persuade clients and work independently.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings; AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.
• Proficiency in Latvian, Russian and English.
• Engineering education is desirable.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
