Key Account Manager Dermatology

About the role

We are looking for a passionate, customer‑focused Key Account Manager to support AbbVie’s dermatology portfolio in the field. The role involves building strong partnerships with healthcare professionals, driving account growth and improving patient outcomes through scientific and commercial engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver territory and account plans to achieve agreed goals and KPIs.
• Identify, prioritize and develop key customer relationships in line with product strategy.
• Use CRM tools to manage call planning, tracking and follow‑up activities.
• Build trusted relationships with external experts and decision‑makers.
• Plan and execute live and virtual customer events and presentations.
• Monitor market trends, gather competitive intelligence and share insights with internal teams.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in the commercial pharmaceutical industry, preferably in sales or account management.
• University degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy or a related field.
• Fluent in Latvian and good command of English.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within the region.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Strong digital literacy and confidence using MS Office and virtual engagement platforms.
