About the role

We are looking for a Client Consultant to join our Valmiera rental centre. You will help customers choose the right equipment, provide clear usage guidance and ensure professional support throughout the rental period.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in selecting equipment that matches their needs.
• Deliver concise instructions on equipment operation and safety.
• Provide ongoing support and service during the entire rental term.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service and a strong desire to create positive client experiences.
• Interest in equipment and motivation to become an expert in equipment rental.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to find the best solution for each client.
• Good command of Latvian; additional languages are a plus.
• Responsible, precise, collaborative attitude and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Knowledge of construction equipment or experience in the construction sector is advantageous.
