About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telecommunications Technician to join our modern and stable ICT company in Viļaka. The role involves maintaining and developing both telecom and fiber‑optic infrastructure across the Vidzeme and Latgale regions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and expand telecommunications infrastructure.
• Maintain and expand fiber‑optic networks.
• Perform equipment assembly and disassembly.
• Diagnose and repair infrastructure faults.
• Keep technical documentation up to date.
• Service low‑voltage and extra‑low‑voltage network connections.

Required profile

• Secondary professional education in radio communications, telecommunications or a related field.
• Experience servicing low‑voltage and extra‑low‑voltage network connections.
• Electrical safety group B certification.
• Basic knowledge of Latvian (C‑level, 1st stage).
• Proficient computer skills at a good user level.
• Willingness to travel within Vidzeme and Latgale.
• Valid category B driver’s licence.
