About the role

Moller Auto, the official Audi and Volkswagen dealer in Latvia, is looking for a motivated Spare Parts Warehouse Specialist to join its pre‑sale preparation centre in Pernciems. The role involves handling spare parts and accessories inventory for new and used vehicles, supporting the service department and ensuring the workshop runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and record spare parts and accessories in the warehouse using the company system.
• Maintain optimal stock levels by ordering and sourcing required items.
• Prepare and issue invoices and delivery notes for parts movements.
• Collaborate with service technicians to locate and deliver the right components quickly.
• Ensure the storage area remains clean, safe and well‑structured.

Required profile

• Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Interest in automobiles and basic understanding of their technical aspects.
• Good spoken Latvian and English.
• Valid category B driver’s licence.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a technical environment.
