Software Engineer – Agentic Systems & AI Products

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to own and improve the agentic core of Spotwise’s product – the multi‑step AI workflows, tool use and automations that turn raw broadcast data into commercial actions. You will work on a system already in production for radio, TV and podcast networks across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain reliable agentic OS components that process broadcast data at scale.
• Ship end‑to‑end features from backend pipelines to the user‑facing product.
• Integrate large language models and AI coding agents into production pipelines.
• Make cloud‑architecture decisions focusing on scalability, security, cost and observability.
• Shape technical direction together with the founders and establish engineering best practices.

Required profile

• Passion for building production‑grade systems rather than prototypes.
• Experience with AI‑driven workflows and agentic systems.
• Strong product thinking and ability to balance speed with robustness.
• Desire to see your work used by real customers in a fast‑growing ad‑tech startup.
• Comfort with ownership and end‑to‑end responsibility.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, Gemini and Cursor.
• Solid understanding of cloud architecture and scalability principles.
• Experience integrating machine‑learning models into production pipelines.
