Senior Product Manager - Core Platform

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and development of n8n’s Core Platform. The role focuses on making the platform more scalable, reliable, secure and flexible to support the next stage of growth and to underpin our AI and agent capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the Core Platform product strategy and roadmap in partnership with engineering and product leadership, prioritising investments based on customer impact, enterprise needs, technical risk and effort.
• Lead product discovery for complex technical problems, working directly with enterprise customers and internal customer‑facing teams.
• Drive scalability and reliability improvements for the execution engine, including worker pools, distributed execution and trigger reliability across cloud and self‑hosted deployments.
• Shape a secure and flexible approach to code execution within the platform.
• Plan and manage major or breaking platform releases, including migration strategies, stakeholder communication and risk management.
• Establish clear success metrics and hold the squad accountable for outcomes.
• Act as the bridge between the Core team and other functions such as Product, Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success and Support, ensuring transparent platform trade‑offs.

Required profile

• Senior‑level product management experience, preferably with platform or infrastructure products.
• Proven ability to work closely with engineering teams and to translate technical complexity into clear product roadmaps.
• Experience engaging with enterprise customers and internal stakeholder groups.
