Senior Veeva eTMF/CTMS Consultant – Part‑Time

About the role

We are seeking a Veeva‑certified Senior Consultant to work part‑time on remote assignments, focusing on Veeva eTMF and optionally Veeva CTMS. The role involves configuring the system, managing validation documentation, and ensuring compliance with GxP regulations while collaborating with business stakeholders and Digital QA.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Veeva eTMF (and Veeva CTMS when required) according to business specifications.
• Produce and manage validation documentation for all system changes.
• Gather requirements, align stakeholders, and oversee end‑to‑end system change projects.
• Design, prototype, and implement scalable solutions that meet regulatory standards.
• Conduct testing and validation activities to verify GxP compliance.
• Monitor Veeva general releases and assess impact on existing configurations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a GxP‑regulated environment.
• Veeva Certified Administrator certification.
• Proven expertise with Veeva eTMF and strong change‑management skills.
• Hands‑on experience creating and maintaining system validation documentation.
• Fluent English communication skills.
