Job description
About the role
As a Senior Product Designer you will own a product area, solving complex problems in a regulated financial environment while ensuring craft, clarity, and user value. You will work on web and mobile experiences that help millions of investors manage their money, from onboarding to portfolio reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver polished product experiences across a full product area, keeping the experience consistent across iOS, Android, and web.
- Frame ambiguous problems, prototype early concepts, and validate direction through user interviews, usability tests, and competitor research.
- Collaborate with analysts on behavioural data, define success metrics, and monitor post‑launch performance.
- Produce flows, wireframes, UI designs, prototypes, edge‑case handling, and design‑system‑aligned documentation for engineering.
- Participate in design critiques, mentor other designers, and raise the bar on craft and rigor as the team grows.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, preferably in a regulated or trust‑critical industry, with a portfolio showing end‑to‑end problem solving.
- Proven track record of owning a product area or initiative across multiple quarters.
- Strong UX and visual design skills, able to turn complex, ambiguous problems into clear, intuitive experiences.
- Evidence‑based approach to research and the ability to explain methodology to non‑design stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset, sharing work early, incorporating feedback, and helping develop other designers.
- Genuine curiosity about personal finance, investing, or fintech.
Required skills
- Design systems
- User research and usability testing
- Data analysis and success‑metric definition
- A/B testing and experimentation
- WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards
What we offer
- Competitive salary and stock options with equity participation.
- Hybrid work model: office collaboration, remote work, and up to three months per year from another country.
- Generous vacation policy beyond legal minimum.
- Annual €1,200 learning budget for professional and personal development.
- Well‑equipped office with parking, showers, kitchen, massage chair, and nap room.
- Recognition for fairness and equality in compensation and representation.
- International team of 200+ people from 17+ countries.
- Equal‑opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
