About the role

This unpaid internship is part of the New Specialists Employment Programme and offers a six‑month, full‑time placement in Riga. You will work with Estoty Riga, a creative video‑game developer, to produce high‑quality visual assets for mobile games.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce visual materials such as video ads, trailers, icons, screenshots and key graphics.
• Collaborate with the development team to tailor visual concepts for each game.
• Generate ideas, provide feedback, analyse test results and adjust creative assets based on data.

Required profile

• Age between 18 and 29, meeting the programme’s eligibility criteria.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Interest in mobile advertising trends and video‑game marketing.

Required skills

• Proficiency with video‑editing software.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
• Familiarity with Unity game engine (preferred).
• Experience with 3D animation tools such as Blender or Unreal Engine (preferred).
