Game Artist – 3D Modeling & Animation

About the role

Join our team as a Game Artist! We are looking for a creative and technically strong professional who can turn ideas into high‑quality visual game solutions. You will work with designers and developers to create 3D objects, characters, animations and game environments that deliver an engaging player experience.

Key responsibilities

• Create game‑ready 3D assets from concept to implementation.
• Design and develop environments, characters and visual elements.
• Perform high‑poly and low‑poly modeling, UV mapping and texture painting.
• Create and optimise PBR materials and shaders.
• Produce high‑quality animations and character rigs.
• Prepare source files and support implementation within development pipelines.
• Collaborate with designers, developers and other stakeholders.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, design reviews and creative workshops.
• Maintain project files and meet deadlines.
• Contribute ideas for product and process improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Game Artist, 3D Artist or similar role.
• Proficient with 3ds Max, Unreal Engine, Substance Painter/Designer and Photoshop.
• Understanding of game graphics development processes and real‑time rendering.
• Experience in character modeling, rigging and animation.
• English proficiency at least B1 for daily communication and internal systems.
• Creative approach, precision and strong collaboration skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
