Studio Interior Designer (Fixed‑term, Maternity Cover)

About the role

Evolution is seeking an experienced and motivated Studio Interior Designer to join its Riga studio. This fixed‑term position covers a maternity leave period and offers the chance to work in a dynamic, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute all design stages from concept to final product.
• Develop design briefs that align with client objectives.
• Create detailed interior design specifications for the studio.
• Prepare design files for print and production.
• Coordinate projects with internal teams, external agencies, suppliers and production services.
• Supervise procurement processes and ensure quality standards.
• Oversee the studio build‑out and manage construction activities.
• Estimate timelines, meet deadlines and manage project costs.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

Required profile

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop and Corona Render.
• Bachelor’s degree in Arts and/or Interior Design.
• Advanced English (written and spoken) for daily communication with international departments.
• Self‑motivated with excellent communication skills and a strong team‑player attitude.
• Experience in illustration, animation or related fields is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and integrate AI‑powered design tools.
