Senior Platform Engineer – Internal Developer Portal

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to design and operate the Builder's entry point / Internal Developer Portal (IDP). You will build a foundational platform that empowers development teams through automation, self‑service tooling, and seamless integrations, working remotely from anywhere in Latvia or from our Riga office.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain the Internal Developer Portal using Port.io.
• Develop backend automation and integrations with Python and Terraform.
• Design, implement, and manage GitHub Actions workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Integrate developer tools such as SCM, CI, security, and artifact management into platform workflows.
• Implement API‑driven onboarding and orchestration of external agent capabilities.
• Manage AWS infrastructure, IAM policies, and platform security.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in platform engineering or DevOps.
• Proficiency in Python and Terraform in production environments.
• Expertise in AWS infrastructure design and IAM policy management.
• Strong experience designing and maintaining GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate developer tools into platform workflows.
• English proficiency at B2+ level.
