Salesforce Solution Architect

About the role

Accenture is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex Salesforce implementations for global, Fortune‑500 clients. You will act as a senior technical leader, ensuring solutions align with business needs, architectural standards, and the company’s technology roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders, project teams, and fellow architects to design end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, enforce best‑practice guidelines, and review code for quality and scalability.
• Develop proof‑of‑concepts and lead solution workshops with customers.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
• Establish governance, security, and compliance policies for all Salesforce implementations.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, its features, functionalities, and integration capabilities.
• Proven experience designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions in a consulting environment.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• EU work permit holder and availability to start within 1‑3 months.
