Sales Support Executive – Baltics

About the role

The Sales Support Executive will boost the efficiency of our national sales operations across the Baltics. You will provide essential administrative, logistics and planning assistance to field sales teams, ensuring they have the data and resources needed to achieve strong business results.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with key accounts: communicate promotional offers, log logistics data, and handle Best Before Date (BBD) and Out of Stock (OOS) inquiries.
• Plan and administer: perform data entry in demand‑planning and promo tools, run pre‑ and post‑ROI evaluations, gather trade‑expenditure evidence and review accruals.
• Prepare sales meeting materials and high‑impact presentations.
• Manage logistic data: collect product‑change information, support BBD/OOS mitigation meetings.
• Produce internal reports: daily sales out reports, periodic and ad‑hoc analyses, and distribute promotion and POSM information to the field force.
• Support sales projects with data analysis as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting sales teams and preparing sales reports.
• Fluent English; knowledge of the local Baltic language is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
