Head of Sales – B2B Fintech

About the role

As Head of Sales you will own the commercial growth agenda for a regulated fintech, defining the Ideal Customer Profile, shaping the sales strategy, building a predictable pipeline and leading a high‑performing B2B sales team across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute Finci’s B2B sales strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Define and continuously refine the Ideal Customer Profile, target industries, geographies and segments.
• Identify new revenue opportunities, including expansion into high‑risk and underserved markets.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
• Establish clear sales processes, KPIs, forecasting and CRM discipline.
• Build accurate sales forecasts and take ownership of revenue targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, Product, Compliance, Risk and Operations to convert opportunities.
• Build, manage and develop the sales team as the function scales.

Required profile

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in fintech, payments or financial services.
• Proven track record selling complex financial or technology solutions to enterprises.
• Experience managing long, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles and delivering revenue growth.
• Strong commercial and strategic mindset with a hands‑on approach.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
