Sales & Growth Lead

About the role

Senior Group, a leading provider of senior care solutions across the Baltics, is seeking an entrepreneurial Sales & Growth Lead to accelerate commercial growth and strengthen market position. You will combine strategic planning with hands‑on execution to build, test, and scale new initiatives that drive revenue across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales and growth strategy to meet ambitious revenue targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3‑4 commercial professionals.
• Identify, negotiate, and close high‑value deals with new business partners and clients.
• Design, launch, and optimise promotional campaigns, lead‑generation programs, and cross‑sell/upsell initiatives.
• Collaborate with external agencies to execute digital marketing, SEO, and PPC activities from a commercial perspective.
• Measure, analyse, and report on ROI of all commercial initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven B2B and/or B2C sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and networking abilities.
• Experience leading small teams and driving performance through clear goals.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results‑driven approach.

Required skills

• Digital marketing knowledge (social media content distribution, SEO, PPC).
• Proficiency with CRM systems and performance reporting tools.
• Analytical skills for data‑driven decision making.
