Junior Business Developer

About the role

Chili Labs, a fast‑growing mobile app development company in the Baltics, is looking for a proactive Junior Business Developer. You will support the sales team by researching prospects, initiating contact, and nurturing relationships to help drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Research potential clients, industries, and business opportunities.
• Reach out to leads via email, LinkedIn and other digital channels (minimal phone calls).
• Build and maintain relationships with leads, guiding them through the sales process.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to align outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
• Assist in creating offers, presentations, and sales documents.
• Track interactions, update lead status, and generate reports using CRM tools such as Jira and Pipedrive.
• Meet monthly lead‑generation targets and support deal closure.

Required profile

• Strong research, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (additional LV or RU is a plus).
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work both independently and in a team.
• Interest in technology, startups and mobile app development.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes or willingness to learn.
