Regional Sales Manager – Baltics (Remote)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing US‑based cybersecurity startup looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead customer acquisition and market expansion across the Baltics. You will work directly with CISOs and senior security leaders, shaping our go‑to‑market strategy and driving high‑value deals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional sales plan focused on new logos, account expansion, and revenue growth.
• Own key customer relationships, acting as a strategic partner to CISOs and senior stakeholders.
• Lead deal strategy, account planning, and competitive positioning to close complex, high‑value contracts.
• Drive a channel‑first motion by partnering with strategic partners to expand the pipeline.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success on GTM initiatives.
• Provide market and customer insights to inform product strategy and positioning.

Required profile

• 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity or high‑growth SaaS.
• Proven track record of closing large, multi‑year deals with high ACV.
• Strong experience leveraging channel/partner ecosystems.
• Expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, and deal governance.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
