About the role

We are a leading European cosmetics manufacturer seeking a Production Manager to lead a motivated production team. You will ensure on‑time manufacturing, drive efficiency improvements, and support our growth while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead a high‑performing production team.
• Ensure production tasks are completed on schedule.
• Maintain product cost targets and quality standards.
• Implement continuous improvements using LEAN principles.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in production and team management.
• Strong expertise in technological processes within chemistry, pharmacy, or a related field.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP or similar quality standards.
• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Fluent conversational English for partner communication.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with precision and high responsibility.
• Proactive, curious and eager to learn.
