About the role

RSK Nord is expanding its procurement function to secure the best manufacturing partners across the Baltic region. As the Procurement and Supplier Manager you will lead the search, evaluation and coordination of metal‑working suppliers from price request to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, assess and engage metal‑processing and manufacturing companies in Latvia and the Baltic states.
• Prepare and dispatch Request for Quotations (RFQs) and compare received offers.
• Evaluate suppliers on production capabilities, cost, lead times and quality.
• Interpret client technical requirements and match them with the most suitable production partner.
• Negotiate prices and contractual terms with suppliers.
• Coordinate orders and monitor production and delivery schedules.
• Develop long‑term relationships with key suppliers.
• Collaborate closely with the RSK Nord team and Scandinavian partners.

Required profile

• Systematic, disciplined work style with high responsibility.
• Experience in procurement, supplier management or project coordination within metal‑working, mechanical engineering or manufacturing.
• Good understanding of metal‑processing methods and production capabilities.
• Ability to read technical documentation and drawings.
• Experience handling RFQs and evaluating commercial offers.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of results.
• Fluent Latvian and Russian for professional communication; basic English.
