Product Regulatory Compliance Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Product Regulatory Compliance Specialist to ensure allnex products meet chemical safety and sustainability regulations and to assist customers in achieving compliance with applicable rules.

Key responsibilities

• Assess product compliance with local regulations and requirements.
• Answer internal and external inquiries, supported by the Regional Manager as needed.
• Support the Regional PRC Manager in evaluating the impact of new regional regulations.
• Participate in project teams to develop processes and tools for regulatory compliance.
• Manage gatekeeper and blocking processes to release orders from regulatory hold.
• Collaborate with the Global Hazard Communication team to ensure MSDS, labels and other Hazcom documents meet current local regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Material Science or Pharmaceutical Chemistry.
• 2‑5 years of experience in regulatory compliance or hazard communication.
• Understanding of polymer chemistry.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong customer focus.
• Ability to work independently and within teams.
• Excellent English written and spoken communication skills.
