Project Manager – Print Production

About the role

Altavia Poland and Baltics is looking for a Project Manager to oversee print production orders from quotation to final delivery, ensuring speed, quality, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Execute print orders in line with contractual agreements, handling tendering, production monitoring, data collection and on‑time delivery.
• Negotiate terms with suppliers and print shops to secure the best deals.
• Maintain strict control over deadlines, quality standards and costs for each order.
• Ensure seamless communication with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Well‑organized individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in print production or an agency setting.
• Very good English skills (minimum B2 level) used daily.
• Proven ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously without losing detail.
• Tech‑savvy with ease of learning and using IT systems (a plus).
• Strong internal drive and full ownership of assigned projects.
