Marketing Manager – 4‑Month Maternity Cover (Remote)

About the role

Foxelli is looking for a Marketing Manager to cover a 4‑month maternity leave. The role is fully remote within the EU and offers the chance to continue long‑term if both parties agree.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals, using customer research and market trends.
• Analyse performance data, run A/B tests and optimise funnels, landing pages and ad creatives.
• Write persuasive copy for ads, landing pages and funnels, and review design work for conversion.
• Collaborate with design and development teams, creating clear briefs and tracking project progress.
• Collect and interpret customer feedback to identify pain points and growth opportunities.
• Integrate AI tools (GPT, image/video generators, automation platforms) to accelerate experimentation and execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or full‑stack marketer in e‑commerce.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑driven tools and workflow automations.
• Deep understanding of digital and performance marketing, CRO and website optimisation.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent project‑management skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
