Email & SMS Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Email & SMS Marketing Manager to own and execute end‑to‑end communication campaigns for our Dreampass travel subscription product. You will drive activation, engagement, retention and monetisation across email, SMS and mobile push channels for both paying subscribers and freemium users.

Key responsibilities

• Own Email, SMS and In‑App/Push communication channels from concept to dispatch.
• Manage mobile push notifications for app users across free and paid tiers.
• Build automated onboarding sequences that drive first‑time DreamCoin redemptions and benefit usage.
• Deliver timely messages encouraging app downloads, eSIM setups and lounge‑pass usage.
• Ship targeted renewal pushes, win‑back flows, and freemium‑to‑paid upgrade campaigns.
• Utilise AI generation tools to write copy, draft responsive HTML/email templates and create assets without waiting on design teams.
• Manage the cross‑brand communication calendar across ASAP Tickets, Skylux Travel, Vagamo and Oojo.
• Track deliverability, app installs, conversions and opt‑outs, reporting on business impact.
• Run rigorous A/B tests on messaging, timing, frequency and channel selection.

Required profile

• Hands‑on lifecycle experience owning Email, SMS and Push campaigns for a consumer product.
• Practical skills using AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, AI HTML builders) for rapid copy and asset creation.
• Data‑comfortable and analytical: interpret deliverability, engagement and conversion data, run clean A/B tests and make decisions without dedicated analyst support.
• Execution bias: high‑velocity ownership focused on shipping fast and testing in‑market.
• Strong audience governance: judgement around frequency suppression, segmentation and audience burnout across multiple brands.

What we offer
